David’s business law practice includes commercial and personal representation of, and strategic planning for, business and professional clients, including representation on executive compensation and buy-sell issues, structural, transactional and tax-related matters, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and sales of business assets and entities, negotiation of financial transactions and the private offering of securities.

In the area of agricultural law, David represents dairy farms and vegetable growers in New York State with respect to tax, business succession and related matters.

David is a member of the New York, Pennsylvania and Florida Bars. He is active in the Estate Planning Council and Bar Association committees dealing with estate planning, tax and business matters, and frequently lectures on business, tax and estate planning issues. He is also a member of the American Health Lawyers Association. David is a member of the Board of Trustees of the ESF College Foundation, Inc. and of the Milton J. Rubenstein Museum of Science and Technology Foundation. He is counsel to the Jewish Community Foundation of Central New York. David is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Everson Museum of Art.


He received his degree from Harvard Law School.
