GMI is a specialty chemical manufacturer and services provider to clients like General Electric, Castrol, Dow Chemical, Momentive Performance Materials and many more. Its expansion, to be built by Munter Enterprises, will support continued product innovation, production & packaging to serve its multinational and other clients.

“We know from our history in upstate New York that too many decision-makers led companies to locate elsewhere as national, and international, competition expanded, said Dennis Bronston, President, SEDC. “Supporting homegrown entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and keep headquarters here is key to boosting future investment, job opportunities and keeping wages in our communities,” he added.

Upstate New York needs to support these types of job-creation efforts. Economic development is a team sport and Advancing Saratoga starts with you!
