Pitch Event for Women-led Companies @ Koffman Southern Tier Incubator | Binghamton | New York | United States

Chloe Capital is on a mission to advance solutions to the diversity gap in entrepreneurship. We invest in women leaders at the helm of frontier tech companies that are disrupting rapidly growing markets.

In partnership with the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator and Binghamton University, Chloe Capital will be holding the FINAL pitch event of our 2018-19 National Tour.

So far we’ve been to Rochester, Boston, Denver and Chicago – and we’re moving capital in each city we visit. Now we’re coming to Binghamton, and we want you to join us.

On May 1, Chloe Capital will select one company to receive an investment. The recipient will also pitch our network of co-investing partners for follow-on funding.

Reserve your spot for the Chloe Capital Pitch Event on May 1, 2019. It’s happening during the Southern Tier Startup Summit at the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator in Binghamton, NY.

Chloe Capital is a seed-stage venture capital firm that invests in women-led innovation companies. In collaboration with the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator, Binghamton University, NYSERDA, NYSTEC, Empire State Development, Upstate Venture Connect and more, we invite you to an evening of inspiration and purpose.

Despite recent progress, women-led tech companies receive less than 5% of all venture capital in the U.S., while just .2% goes to African American female founders. This is a missed opportunity. Studies show that diverse teams with women at the helm grow faster and produce higher returns for investors. We call this, “Doing Well by Doing Good.”

Does my company need to be in Binghamton?

Companies do not need to be located in Binghamton, NY to apply to pitch or receive investment. Founders should be prepared to travel. Pitching in person is a must! Women-led innovation companies can apply to pitch for funding by March 1, 2019 at

Accredited investors and sponsors interested in learning more about joining our movement can reach out at

What kind of companies does Chloe Capital invest in?

Chloe Capital focuses on Frontier Technologies, Cleantech and Agtech. Companies must have at least one female in the C-Suite, a validated prototype and the potential to capture large, rapidly-growing markets. In addition, companies with diverse leadership teams, more than one full-time team member (tech leader preferred), and revenue and/or contracts secured with clients/customers will rise to the top of our list.

Can I still participate in the pitch event if I don’t have a frontier tech company?

Yes, women-led Food & Beverage and Consumer Product companies can apply to be event vendors. These companies will receive visibility through event promotions, as well as the opportunity to meet our investors, judges and advisors. Express your interest in being an event vendor at
