ANGELA LEE, 37 ANGELS
Angela Lee is an educator & entrepreneur. As Chief Innovation Officer and Associate Dean at Columbia Business School, she is focused on fostering teaching excellence and innovation across faculty. Angela has started 4 startups and is also the founder of 37 Angels, an investing network that has invested in 50 startups and activates new investors through an investment bootcamp.
KARTHIK AND GUHA BALA, VELAN VENTURES
In 1991, brothers Guha and Karthik Bala formed their first game development company, Vicarious Visions. Over the next 25 years they took the studio from out of their basement and to the forefront of AAA game development by developing and growing multi-billion dollar franchises such as Skylanders, Guitar Hero, Tony Hawk and more.
LINDSAY STENCEL, LAUNCH NY
Ms. Stencel, as the Chief Operating Office and Fund Manager for Launch NY. Since joining Launch NY in August 2016, Lindsay has led the growth of the Launch NY Seed Fund, to become the most active seed fund in Upstate NY with a close rate of one investment per month and plays a leading role for co- and follow-on investments in client companies with LNYSF.
