Women, Money and Tech
314 E State St
The Upstate Capital Association of New York is hosting its second event focused on female founders and investors. Cultivating relationships between entrepreneurs and capital providers is a pillar of a successful entrepreneurial ecosystem, and encouraging women to start businesses and to invest in them increases the visibility of women throughout the vibrant investment community across New York state, ultimately contributing to narrowing the gender gap in finance and entrepreneurship.
Women, Money & Tech is designed to create the opportunity for dynamic discussions around why gender gaps exist in business, finance and tech, and what is happening to change the status quo. The pre and post-event networking creates opportunities for people to connect with investors, executives, advisors and other business professionals in meaningful and valuable ways. Event partners include Cornell University and regional investors focused on women in finance and tech.
