A serial entrepreneur, Babinec shares a unique perspective on best employer practices from Silicon Valley, including insights from growing his company specializing in serving human capital needs of the fastest growing tech startups throughout the U.S. Founding and serving as CEO for the company’s first 20 years, TriNet went public in 2014 and generates annual revenue of $3.8 billion.
