FEI Distinguished Leadership Series Presents Martin Babinec

ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Financial Executives International (FEI), in conjunction with the CFA Society and CFO Networking Group, is hosting Martin Babinec, Founder/Director of TriNet, for their Distinguished Leadership Series on Thursday, March 5, 2020, from 5:00-8:30 p.m. at the Inn on Broadway, 26 Broadway, Rochester, NY 14607.

Babinec will present “C-Level Insights for Building an Enduring Culture & Company.” The cost of this dinner meeting is $40 per person for FEI members, and $55 for all others.

Babinec will share his IPO journey through challenges, successes, time leverage, and how we might all take some of these learnings to foster growth in our companies and the Rochester community. A serial entrepreneur, Babinec shares a unique perspective on best employer practices from Silicon Valley, including insights from growing his company specializing in serving human capital needs of the fastest growing tech startups throughout the U.S. Founding and serving as CEO for the company’s first 20 years,  TriNet went public in 2014 and generates annual revenue of $3.8 billion. Returning Upstate to live in his Mohawk Valley hometown, Martin remains active as a large shareholder and member of TriNet’s board of directors in addition to his serving as Managing Director of  UpVentures Capital  and Founder & Chairman of non-profits Upstate Venture Connect, Entrepreneurs Across Borders and UpMobility Foundation.
