Jim Joseph

Dr. Jim Joseph is the Dean of the Madden College of Business & Economics at Le Moyne College, a role he has held for ten years. Since January of 2023, he has also served as Vice President of Advancement and Innovation. Dr. Joseph is also the Lead Director of Stratus Properties (NASDAQ:STRS).

Prior to his return to his alma mater, Dr. Joseph was the President and CEO of Oneida Ltd., a leading global housewares brand, where he served from 1988 in various domestic and international roles. In the late 1980s, he was named a Presidential Fellow, working with both the Reagan Administration and Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan. 

Dr. Joseph is a Certified Public Accountant and holds two degrees from Le Moyne College; Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Doctorate in Executive Leadership. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship.
