Lynn H. Smith

Special Counsel to Barclay Damon, LLP successor to Gilberti, Stinziano, Heintz & Smith, PC. Lynn focuses his practice on business law including negotiating strategic relationships, planning, implementing the growth of many varied business and not for profit enterprises He also is very active in the origination and growth of seed capital funds in central New York, emerging growth enterprises including planning and implementing venture capital and networking planning.

He has had substantial experience in leverage leasing, commercial real estate transaction, internet marketing, and joints venture. He has acted as counsel for the New York State Senate Public Authorize and Health Committees. He is active in community charitable activities and mentoring entrepreneurial activities. Some of his honors and affiliations include the New York State Bar Association, member of the Board of Directors for Sensis Corporation, Chairman of the Syracuse Chamber of Commerce, a founder and Chairman of the Central New York Jewish Community Foundation and a director of The Jewish Home of CNY Foundation of Syracuse, Inc.
