Ken Rosenfeld

Ken Rosenfeld is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Ognomy, having joined the company in March 2022. Ognomy is a startup that provides the only end-to-end virtual platform where sleep specialists can evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients all from the comfort of their homes. Previously, Ken was the COO of Casana who are building a revolutionary clinical monitoring tool built into a toilet seat. He led business operations and regulatory affairs, having joined the PhD founder in mid 2019 as the first employee of the company, before helping the company scale to 35 people, two offices, and over $16M of venture capital funding.Prior to Casana, Ken held the role of CEO and President of eHealth Technologies, which he co-founded in 2006. eHealth provides digital health record aggregation and image exchange services. Ken led dramatic innovation and growth at the company, and brought in significant venture funding, ultimately realizing 65% 10-year revenue CAGR. While at eHealth Technologies, Ken received the Rochester-area “Business Person of the Year” honor in 2015. Previously, Ken ran worldwide organizations for Kodak’s Health Group, which acquired the Cemax-Icon business where Ken started his entrepreneurial medical imaging efforts in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Ken is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania having received a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering with a minor in Computer Science. Ken is also a member of the Upstate Venture Connect UNY50 Leadership Network working to provide a more connected startup ecosystem in Upstate NY.
