Jonathan Wess is the current Program Manager at the Blackstone LaunchPad at Syracuse University. Prior to this he was an active member of the entrepreneurial community in Western New York, having received his Bachelor of Science in entrepreneurship, political science and human resource management from Canisius University, where he was a student founder of a company called TimeCapsule Family Connections. After graduation, he spent a couple of years helping founders and small businesses around the Buffalo and Rochester area. He later became the Customer Success Specialist for the start-up MemoryFox before pursuing his own venture full time. As a result of his efforts in the Buffalo startup community, he was asked to head up the expos for Buffalo Startup-up Week. He then moved on to the role of Director of Small Business Development for a nonprofit organization called BootSector. He recently has pivoted TimeCapsule, and now through his company works with founders on their well being. In his free time he works as the Chief Operations Officer to a startup in New York City named Bantr. He is excited to bring his skill set to the Central New York ecosystem and meet with as many founders as he can.
