NextGen Healthcare has completed the acquisition of EagleDream Health Inc., a cloud-based analytics company that drives meaningful insight across clinical, financial and administrative data to optimize practice performance. EagleDream Health is headquartered in Rochester, NY. The acquisition was approximately $26 million.

Local investors include Cranberry Capital, a group of successful entrepreneurs that love to build great ideas into great businesses. Arunas Chesonis (Founder, PAETEC) and Keith Wilson are Managing Partners at the firm, also located in Rochester.
