SPEAKER BIOS 

Joshua is a Partner in EFPR Group’s Tax and Business Service department. He joined the firm in 2014 and has over eleven years of experience in a broad range of industries such as construction, real estate, transportation, emerging technologies and closely held businesses.  Joshua offers a variety of tax services to clients including individual, partnership, corporate and not-for-profit tax preparation, and assists clients with tax planning. He prepares compiled and reviewed financial statements and consults with clients on business solutions. Joshua also specializes in tax problem resolution with the IRS in addition to state and local taxing authorities. He is the service line leader in the multi-state taxation group, providing multi-state tax consulting and compliance services, and is regularly involved in researching new tax accounting regulations and their applicability to a client’s ever-changing business environment. 

 Dave is a Partner at EFPR Group, LLP and has been with the firm since 1984.  He oversees a wide variety of engagements, and provides internal resources and guidance on an array of technical issues.  Dave has acquired experience in numerous industries including emerging technology, engineering, manufacturing, distribution, construction and professional services. Dave service area expertise includes: Individual and business tax compliance, business advisory services, estate and trust planning and administration, business tax and investment incentives, strategic planning and, merger and acquisition related services. Dave is also a managing principal of EFPR Solutions, LLC, a division that provides outsourced and resource-based accounting and finance services.
