The Manufacturing Hardware Accelerator is a cohort-based program led by Rev: Ithaca Startup Works that supports hardware startups that are ready to bring their prototypes into production. The program is funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration and offered in partnership with Cornell Engineering.
NEW AGTECH TRACK: Launching this year, the program will feature a new AgTech track for agriculture technology startups that are ready to bring innovations in areas such as farming operations, animal husbandry, and food processing to market. Participants in the AgTech track will receive specialized training and mentorship and will be connected to experts and potential partners in the region’s robust agrifood ecosystem.
Over the course of the 52-week program, entrepreneurs are provided with valuable entrepreneurial and design for manufacturing programming, one-on-one mentorship, and networking opportunities—including introductions to manufacturers and investors. The cohort will meet virtually twice a month and in-person in Ithaca, NY approximately three times during the program for immersive experiences and manufacturing tours.
Applications for Cohort 3, which will run from September 2022 to August 2023, are now open and applicants will be selected on a rolling basis.
