Dustin Doucette

Dustin steps into the role of Operations Director at UVC with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in leading high-impact operations and customer service management. His expertise, honed at Sedgwick Business Interiors, aligns seamlessly with UVC’s mission of transforming Upstate New York into a vibrant tech hub. Dustin’s role at UVC involves spearheading the Founder Network Operations, a critical component of the organization’s strategy to connect and support the region’s most promising startups. In addition to leading operational strategies, Dustin will leverage his skills in relationship building and project execution to support UVC’s Ecosystem Building Strategy. In addition to his work at UVC, Dustin also supports other organizations as an operations business consultant, and is going through the NextCorps Embark program for no-code programming.

Dustin is a Rochester native and is passionate about seeing the community around him grow. In his free time, he enjoys following and supporting the newest coffee spots and incredible restaurants in our region, and spending time with his wife Julie and dog Radar.
