The “Fourth Industrial Revolution” was the theme of this year’s 2016 World Economic Forum Annual Meeting of the New Champions. I was fortunate to attend the event, hosted in Tianjin, China, which gathers government officials, business leaders, emerging entrepreneurs and experts in science and technology.
Upstate Venture Connect (UVC) hosted the 2nd Annual Upstate Unleashed Conference and 2016 Venture Ecosystem Awards on September 16 at the Turning Stone Resort.
300 entrepreneurs, founders, mentors and investors from the startup community were in attendance coming from communities from Albany, Buffalo, Binghamton, Syracuse, Rochester and the Hudson Valley.
