Jeff Valentine

Jeff Valentine is an entrepreneur and optimist. He has started, invested in, bought or sold 12 companies in the past 20 years for a combined value of more than $280 million. He currently serves as President & COO of Innovative, the fastest growing AWS Premier Consulting partner.

Previously, Jeff was CTO of CloudCheckr, a PE-backed cloud SaaS company; managing partner of private equity buyout Exium Partners; Chief Marketing Officer of Fonality, a telecommunications software company that he helped grow to $45M in revenue and sell to a strategic investor; SVP of product at M5 Networks, a software-as-a-service company that was acquired by ShoreTel; and Chief Executive Officer of Callfinity, a software company he co-founded and later sold.

Jeff is a member of the board of directors for several private companies, and nonprofit organizations including Upstate Venture Connect, The Strong National Museum of Play, the Rochester Angel Network, and the Venture Jobs Foundation.
