Ralph Dandrea founded ITX Corp. in 1997 to help clients solve complex technology problems. Now, nearly 25 years later, he continues to apply a comprehensive world view to lead ITX, mentor its leaders, and build enduring relationships with clients. At the core of Ralph’s belief system is instilling an uplifting organizational culture, founded on the concept of workability, to empower the entire organization. His philosophies serve as the underpinnings for ITX’s mission, vision, and values.
Ralph’s journey to entrepreneurial success began as a young boy, as he gathered valuable experiences and insights from his family and mentors. He quickly developed an inquisitive nature and eagerness to solve problems, which inspired a series of successful business endeavors. Ralph recognized technology’s limitless opportunity early on and determined that his energies would be best focused there. ITX started out managing telecommunications projects, but has since evolved into a highly regarded creator of software products that serve clients across a wide array of industries.
Ralph and ITX are avid supporters of the Rochester community and beyond. He and his wife, Colleen, support a number of not-for-profits in the arts and human services, including the Bivona Child Advocacy Center. Ralph and Colleen reside in Pittsford, NY with their three teenage daughters.
