Cherylyn LeBon

Cherylyn Harley LeBon focuses her practice on government contracts and corporate matters, including complex contracts, mergers and acquisitions, banking representations, employment policies, and corporate governance. Based in the Cohen Seglias Washington, DC office, she draws on more than two decades of leadership experience in government and the private sector to navigate clients through the federal contracting process as well as state and local procurement issues.

Cherylyn previously served in executive roles at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), as well as senior counsel on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and counsel in the U.S. House of Representatives. Her background aligns closely with the SBA’ s portfolio, including bank loans, financial assistance, disaster response, and government contracting for 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone firms.

Cherylyn hails from Lockport, NY and is a proud graduate of Canisius University in Buffalo, NY and is a former Trustee of the board.
