Jason brings over 30 years of business development, strategy, and management experience within the fields of technology, leadership, and enterprise software. From Global 500’s to start-ups to the top academic institutions, Jason has worked with organizations around the globe including Accenture, Allianz, Amazon, Carrefour, CBS, Cisco Systems, Concentrix, Corning, Harvard University, INSEAD, MIT, Mars Inc., Moderna, National Geographic, Thomson Reuters, United Healthcare, and University of Cambridge.
Jason co-founded xLEAD, serving as Managing Director, providing strategic direction while managing business development and day-to-day operations of the company from its inception. Prior to xLEAD, Jason co-founded a New York-based software company where he was responsible for managing and cultivating the company’s partner relationships, leading to its acquisition by Cisco Systems. Additionally, Jason led the company’s product development team of software engineers, directed all professional service engagements, and headed efforts across multiple business functions – from Finance and Accounting, to Legal and Human Resources, to acquisition due diligence. Following the company’s acquisition, Jason was responsible for business development within Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group, building and managing the partner ecosystem and relationships for Cisco.
Prior to Cisco, Jason led various teams at Accenture, where he developed and deployed large-scale enterprise software implementations for Global 500 companies in the U.S. and abroad.
Jason also served several years on the board of trustees of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music as treasurer, Finance Committee chair, and member of the Executive Committee, and currently serves. He currently serves on the board of trustees of the Universal Preservation Hall in Saratoga Springs, NY, having also served for several years as treasurer, Finance Committee chair, and member of the Executive Committee.
Jason is passionate about leadership, collaboration, science, and technology in an entrepreneurial context. He strives to utilize these passions to bridge geographies, positively impact cultures, and enhance human interactions in a local setting and with a global reach.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD.
